前言  はじめに ~この本の効果的な使い方~ 本書は既刊の「ピアノ演奏グレード5級試験問題一覧2000 ~ 2002年実施」に掲載された即興演奏課題の全てを、実際の演奏実施例として示したものです。5級の変奏課題(即興a)は和音が指定されているとはいえ、その和音のつかみ方、伴奏形には曲想に応じて幾通りもの方法があります。また、古今のピアノの変奏曲に見られるように、メロディーの変奏は1つのテーマにたくさんの数の変奏が多様に示されています。このうち、もっとも基本的で、なおかつ即興でも発想可能な古典的、音形変奏にしぼって実施例を作成しました。 一方、モティーフ課題(即興b)では、全ての課題を歌謡形式(2部形式、3部形式等)で実施し、メロディーと伴奏という形を基本として、ごく部分的に器楽的要素や、穴埋め的な左手の動きを多少加えました。初めて即興演奏を実習する人にとっては、まず左手で各調の和音をつかみ、それを幾つかの伴奏形にして練習する(鍵盤和声)ことと、1つの簡単なメロディーに装飾を加えたり、音形を変えてつないでいく(変奏)ことを「ピアノ即興演奏法」で実習、確認することをお勧めします。その後に前述の「5級試験問題一覧」の各課題を自力で取り組んでください。スムーズに学習できるようになった段階で本書の実施例を参考資料としてひもといてください。くり返し試演してみたうえで、その処理法、考え方、また部分的な用例などは1つの手癖、として身につけて頂ければ幸いです。鍵盤上の行為として、感覚的に会得することを主眼としている理由で、楽曲分析のような解説、説明は極力避けています。当然ながら、ここに示した実施例は他にいくらでも方法が可能なほんの一例にすぎません。学習者自身の創意でさまざまなやり方を工夫し てください。そして最終的にこれら全ての実習は、単なる音の羅列であったり、どういうやり方で、という手法の問題以前に、しっかりと曲想を伴った演奏表現,音楽表現が前提であることをどうか忘れないでください。 Preface This bookis the collection of example performance for the exercises included in the published "Yamaha Grade Examinations 2000-2002(Yamaha Piano Grades 5) For exercises of Variation (Improvisation a) of grade 5, chords are given, but there are various possibilities in the structure of chords, as well as the accompaniment styles, depending on the characteristics of each exercise. Furthermore,as is often seen, variations for piano usually include many and versatile melody variations based on the theme. So in this book, examples are given in the most basic and classical ways of pattern variation which you might be able to think of in the on-the-spot performance. Examples for Motive Improvisation (Improvisation b), on the other hand, are given mostly in the song form (binary and ternary forms) consisting of melody and the accompaniment partly with left-hand movement to fill in the blanks, as well as the instrumental elements. Those who learn improvisation for the first time are recommended to practice playing the chords in the specific key with the left hand, and then vary the accompaniment style. (Keyboard Harmony) Also, to practice playing the simple melody with ornaments and varying the pattern (variation) by using "PIANO IMPROVISATION METHOD" will be helpful Based on this preparation, please open up this book and try the examples shown here as reference. After practicing these exercises repeatedly, you may find some ideas and ways helpful and applicable, so try to master them and make them your 'routine'. Since this book aims at helping you acquire the ability through senses, explanations, such as analysis of each exercise, are limited to minimum. Needless to say, examples are only examples, and there are variety of other ideas and approaches possible to apply. You are urged to try out various different ideas of your own.
